A lovely and moving funeral that was a fitting tribute to a fantastic man. He was such a support to me and my family when I became spinal cord injured in 2008, and I have very happy memories of doing 'our' leg of the Paralympic Torch Relay together. It really was my privilege to have known and worked with Pete and his tremendous legacy will live on through the work of SIA. Rest in peace, and much love to his family.
